The Thillai Nataraja Temple is one of India's most metaphysically significant — a Pancha Bhuta Stala representing space (akash). The bronze Nataraja (Cosmic Dancer) image inspired the famous CERN sculpture. The 10-hectare complex is one of the oldest living temple complexes in South India.
