Buddhist Mahaparinirvan Circuit
In the footsteps of the Buddha
The most sacred Buddhist circuit, tracing the life of Gautama Buddha across Bihar and Eastern UP. Bodh Gaya (enlightenment), Sarnath/Varanasi (first sermon), Rajgir (taught for years), Vaishali (last sermon), and Nalanda (the great university).

Vaishno Devi & Golden Temple
A pilgrimage of two faiths in the foothills
A deeply popular twin pilgrimage — Mata Vaishno Devi, the Shakti shrine high in the Trikuta hills (12km trek from Katra), and the Golden Temple at Amritsar, the holiest gurudwara of Sikhism. Anandpur Sahib in Punjab adds the Khalsa's birthplace to the trail.

Tirupati to Rameswaram — the great Dravidian pilgrimage
The greatest temple architecture in the world, traced through four Dravidian masterpieces: Tirupati Balaji (richest temple on earth), Kanchipuram (city of a thousand temples), Madurai Meenakshi (Shakti seat), and Rameswaram (one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and Char Dham of the South).

The complete four-shrine Himalayan pilgrimage
The most sacred pilgrimage in Hinduism — four shrines set in the high Himalayas of Uttarakhand: Yamunotri (source of the Yamuna), Gangotri (source of the Ganga), Kedarnath (Shiva's abode), and Badrinath (Vishnu's seat). Pilgrims complete them in order, starting from Haridwar.
